All of these prices are subject to change, based on the city/town/county that you are building in.

Residential House Plan

This price is the typical price I charge (with a minimum charge of $800). It is for all under the roof square feet (livable + garage). These plans are not sealed with an architectural nor engineer stamp. Rather, I draft your design for you. Most municipalities I have worked with accept these plans as final construction plans.

Starting at $500

Site Plan

I have a background in Civil Engineering Design/Drafting. However, I do not have an Engineer Seal. Most municipalities do not require a seal for Site Plans. I have the ability to draft the site plan after consulting with you and a survey/legal description.
