About Max Kelli Homes

Max Kelli Homes is owned by Steven Max Palmer and Kami Kelli Palmer — the names behind Max Kelli.

Established in 2019, Max Kelli Homes began as a drafting and design firm. What started with helping clients put their ideas on paper has grown into a full General Contracting and Design company, allowing us to help take projects from the earliest vision all the way through construction.

We have always loved homes. Over the years, we have restored, remodeled, designed, and built homes, including our own. That experience has given us a deep appreciation for what a home can become when good design, quality construction, and clear communication come together.

Steven’s background in drafting began in high school and grew into years of experience in AutoCAD, civil engineering, architectural drafting, and residential design. That foundation allows Max Kelli Homes to approach each project with both a designer’s eye and a builder’s understanding.

Whether we are building a new home, remodeling an existing one, or helping a client shape an idea into a plan, our goal is simple: to create homes that are beautiful, practical, and built with care.
